  2. I found a pair of your hubs on Facebook market place. I have a 1LE setup on my 88 Firebird. What rotors can I run and do I need to buy new caliper brackets?

    Thanks

  3. Yes, the billet hubs for the A body are discontinued, the knuckle conversions have taken over the demand

  4. Are these hubs discontinued for A body conversion i already bought the brackets from you Thank you Dave

  5. Update! These are behind a little from the original estimate but still on track for completion next week however! Finish quality is been improved, adequate space for a bearing spacer is now provided and we did some small profile changes to enhance the cosmetics, first sample off the lathe for inspection has passed with flying colors, Now expected by April 18th Dust caps will follow so those might not be ready until the end of the 3rd week of April

    v3 hub

  6. I’ll take a set. I’d prefer them to be made in the US. Even if it cost more. Thank you for doing this. I know it’s a lot of hard work.

  7. 17 pledges so far- first 25 signed up we are doing a group purchase for, nice fat discount on a set, 30 days to buy!

I would love a set with the 1LE upgraded Bearing set for standard spindle kit”

Yes! they have the set 3 bearing just like the std 1LE rotor had, we can also do that to cast hubs but this hub is lighter has a longer register and we are putting a billet dust cap on it as an option, you can still use the stamped stock cap but this gives you an option

Whats the new cost of them?”

Good news and bad…good is all of the guys that sign up for a alert will will get an offer for a deeply discounted set, bad is material has skyrocketed during covid but has been on the decline so they will be more than they were last time we made them, low end was 390 a pair with 2.0 studs, high end was around 475 with the ARP’ studs, they come with races installed and with this batch we will be paying probably 35-50% more in material. I`m working with 3 different CNC shops to get the best pricing for the minimum QTY each will do…the more we can comfortably order- because we have support, the better the pricing can be, retail I`d guess they would be around 5 a pair right now but if I can get them lower I will. We had one shop come back with 188 each plus material- so to say the least , yea they are out!
We are trying to support local USA business and if I get quotes offshore they are better even with ATSM certificates but we are looking at 24-30 day to complete plus shipping (slow boat)
