Just wanted to drop a quick memo on the products stock status. When something is out of stock and cannot be back-ordered, it basically means we do not know when we will have this available to purchase (no ETA)
When you see “available to back-order or “available on back-order” It means you can purchase it, we have a ETA on the part being in stock or we have the part and there is just a wait to have it built or completed. Usually if we have it it can ship out right away or within a few days, this is of course with the exception of full spindle kits
When you see “in stock”, This means it is in the shop and ready to ship minus any preparations or special customization’s, sometimes we have the parts to a bracket but they need to be welded and powder coated or we have the brackets and we need to tap and package them etc, but in general these are item’s we have and can be assembled to ship out within a reasonable amount of time.
For the time being any full conversion kits with spindles will continue to show “available on back-order” these full kits sometimes can take 2-3 weeks to stage and build so it is only fair that the customer knows we have these available but will require build time.
As with each and every part offered these are produced for that order one at a time. Rarely would we ever have the time to stock all the variations possible so all orders are custom and we usually have a backlog so please if you feel you would like to find out a ETA on something just drop us a note on a status of a product and we can give you the info we have. As much as we would like everything to be 100% available it is a definite struggle these days to keep a product in house with supplies drying up everywhere and demand growing. Hopefully we can return to a normalcy far different than today’s normal.
Lastly accidents happen controlling stock is a moving target , sometimes items are sold on customized invoices and the website stock is not updated, this on a rare occasion can happen, in the event something is purchased and actual stock is depleted we will contact you right away to square away a ETA or plan or refund
