We do not track personally identifiable information of visitors to our website. Any “cookie” technology where our servers deposit special codes on a visitors computer will only be used to track non-personal information such as type of browser, operating system, and domain names to improve each visitor’s online experience.
Bigbrakeupgrade.com only collects personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers, email addresses, and the like, when voluntarily submitted by a visitor while placing an order. We advise minors to get parental permission before filling out any online forms. This information is necessary to process payment and in some cases, to provide the processors and shipping companies with the information that both Bigbrakeupgrade and our affiliates require in order to do business.

Web Site Errors
Bigbrakeupgrade LLC makes every effort to ensure that the information on Bigbrakeupgrade.com is accurate, complete and current. Despite our efforts, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product’s price or availability. Bigbrakeupgrade makes no warranty or guarantee that the information on Bigbrakeupgrade.com is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on Bigbrakeupgrade.com at any time without notice. BigbrakeupgradeLLC also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted
Ordering
When an order is placed you will receive a order notice “on hold” this is so we can verify the order and our inventory , at this point your order is only an authorization, no payment has been made offically , we will contact you via our website with a “processing your order” email once your order is accepted, this confirms your order is been set into cue for completion. Custom invoiced orders are placed into processing once paid. All items need for the completion of the order, in stock or obtained from various other vendors will begin to be staged for assembly / completion. Part orders generally ship within 3-5 days of order time excluding holidays, weekends and severe weather events prohibiting transit or work environment conditions. Assemblies (partial or full kits) generally will be completed within 7-10 business days (business days are M-F 9am-4pm) Special order or customized kits can take 15-20 business days, orders that require your components for the build can take longer depending on availability of your parts needed to complete. Backlog`s do happen during our busy season (Jan-July & Sep-Dec) at times this may delay your order, please be patient, we want it in your hands just as much as you do !
When your order has been completed, tracking for your shipment is emailed to the email address the order was placed with, this email will inform you that the order is completed and the link for tracking your order. Weekends and holidays are non ship days, if you get a completion notice please allow 24-36 hours for that tracking to show progress, any Q`s just email us!
International : We ask for a minimum of 10 business days for any international order processing. shipping does not include, taxes, duties or any import tax unless otherwise noted. we are not responsible for any international returns, brokerage fees or duties, taxes not collected at time of delivery. Shipments not picked up from customs are not Bigbrakeupgrade LLC`s responsibility (exporter), it is the importers responsibility to collect the order and pay any fees for the importation of the product.
Bigbrakeupgrade LLC reserves the right to ship with the most economical method available, including UPS ground, UPS next day, 2day air , FedEx ground, FedEx one rate, FedEx overnight, USPS Priority Mail. By and large most will ship UPS ground or Fedex one rate, we shop the most economical rate with the fastest delivery time in mind, International shipments we only offer USPS Priority shipping
TERMS OF USE, WARRANTY & LIABILITY WAIVER
Terms of Use.
This product is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Purchase, installation and/or use of this product imply acceptance of all such terms, conditions, and notices.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use.
This product has been designed for off-highway applications only. Installation on a vehicle intended for use on public roads may violate U.S., Canadian, state or provincial laws and regulations including those related to emissions and vehicle safety standards. In addition, installation of this product may adversely affect the warranty coverage on your vehicle.
Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation
This product is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the website (www.Bigbrakeupgrade.com) or this product.
6-Month Limited Manufacturer Warranty.
Bigbrakeupgrade LLC warrants to the original purchaser that all products of our manufacture are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, driving conditions and service for a period of six (6) months from the time the order was placed. This warranty shall not apply to our products or any
part thereof, which have been subject to competition use, accident, negligence, alteration, modification, misapplication, abuse or misuse. No warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, is made regarding the safety of the products. The entire liability as to the safety, application, installation, and/or performance of the product lies solely with the buyer. Bigbrakeupgrade /or representatives’ oral and or written statements do not constitute warranties, shall not be relied upon by Buyer, and are not a part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty.
Limitation of Liability.
In no event shall Bigbrakeupgrade LLC, Bigbrakeupgrade.com or it`s founders /employees be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of this product. Should the product prove defective following purchase, Bigbrakeupgrade’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replace or repair the defective part returned to Bigbrakeupgrade freight prepaid. Bigbrakeupgrade shall not have any obligation with respect to the product or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, beyond what is stated herein.
Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of product.
This TERMS OF USE, WARRANTY & LIABILITY WAIVER document states the entire obligation of Bigbrakeupgrade LLC with respect to the products. If any part of this agreement is determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, including, but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Oakland County, Michigan, USA in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this product. Use of this product is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
Refund and Return Policy
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
We want you to be happy with your purchase but If your Bigbrakeupgrade LLC product needs to be returned, please use the following procedure:

Your name, company, telephone, and email address.

Parts/systems to be returned, and reason for return.

Original invoice number / date of purchase. *Merchandise may only be returned if purchased through Bigbrakeupgrade.com directly.

Bigbrakeupgrade Brake Systems (full systems) are custom built per order and are NOT returnable.

Any nonstandard finishes are NOT returnable (this covers, but is not limited to powder coat finishes, logo colors, rotor finishes etc.).

Returns will be accepted due to defective items (after Bigbrakeupgrade deems them defective), or miss-shipped items.
- Customer provided items: Bigbrakeupgrade gladly will use your provided items for a brake conversion. Items such as calipers, rotors and other required parts of a conversion belonging to a customer. These items must have a written acknowledgement of use of or in a purchase or modification the customer requires within a reasonable amount of time from being received or accepted. -We are not a storage facility- items sent in and not put into contract , work order or invoice or estimate to perform service will be considered abandoned and discarded after 30 days . At no time will Bigbrakeupgrade be liable for, stewards of: Customer provided items without an accepted estimate, invoice or acknowledged time frame spanning longer than 30 days. Items requiring storage longer than 30 days must be accepted by representatives of Bigbrakeupgrade in writing prior to acceptance. This policy applies to any and all of bigbrakeupgrade’s customers. in the event Bigbrakeupgrade is unable to preform work, make parts available or complete a contract / work order, said parts will have any additional 10 days to be returned to the customer at customers expense, return shipping is the customers responsibility. Inability of the customer to specify work to be preformed or complete an invoice for purchase for any reason, any and all parts will be considered abandoned after 30 days if no arrangements for return are made in written form prior to the 30 day time limit expiring.
- Cancellations : Once your order is accepted ( moved to processing cue ) any cancellations or deletions will be refunded minus any processing fees we have encountered for the transaction, orders with non-stock parts we have to ordered in to build your kit may not be refundable. In general there will be at least a 4% transaction fee encountered for your transaction this will be deducted from your refund, we will work hard to work though any problem you have encountered to help move the purchase forward but we do understand life sometimes throws curves beyond our control so we do our best to minimize any loss of funds but understand these processing fees are one and done once the transaction is accepted. Parts: any and all specialty parts acquired (non-stock) may not be returnable or refundable, in this case we are more than happy to send these custom parts ordered for your build to you uncompleted or raw form and deducted from your refund of the purchase (shipping charges apply) We will try to re-home any of these parts if possible but we may deem them not shelf-able for future sale based on each item individually; in this case those parts are yours and will be shipped to your on file address deducted from your purchase amount.
