April updates

Hi All,

We truly hope you and yours are all well and doing good during this tragedy.  I wanted to take a moment and relay some problems we are running into and our solutions of course.

• Shipping:  Our shipments now have to be picked up by the service used (FedEx or USPS)  This adds a day to your shipment because we cannot anticipate the completion of your order until it is actually near completed. There are too many variables involved with custom brake kits to be able to order pick ups daily, we dont want to have drivers showing up for no shipments of course.  While we have been doing this practice for the last several weeks it is proven to be reliable but slower.
• Stocked items:  While we were lucky to have been well stocked with most everything we offer some items have ran low or out and getting them replaced has been a challenge. We are doing our best to find these parts and bring them in as fast as possible.  Some items we will have to substituted while this crisis continues.  The substitutes if any will be equivalent or better, we only look to fulfill your order with the same or better quality items.  If we are unable to provide a substitute we would like to offer you a refund full or partial or leave the order in a back order state and ship out once the back order has been filled. Contact us if you have any Q`s.
• Discontinued parts:   We have had a few key components discontinued by GM or Ac-Delco recently, among these the C5 Z06 red caliper 172-2263  While there are a few new ones sprinkled around still shipments from Delco for these have ceased. We also have inside info that the C6 abutment bracket is soon to be discontinued as well.  While we can still supply you with these front conversions we will have to substitute with a variation of that caliper or a reman product.  We will update the products as soon as we can source a replacement for these.  One other MIA is the RH rear backing plate for the 2010-15 Camaro SS, this plate has been out of stock everywhere since Sept 19`  This is not listed as discontinued but there has been no real explanation behind its scarce availability. We use this plate in all of our rear park brake conversions
• Custom brackets:  We are working closely with our laser house to keep up our stock,  like many businesses they are running with very limited resources and staff, so some items will eventually become low or out of stock at times, email me w/Q`s if you have any concerns.
• Holiday:  With Good Friday and Easter there will be a extra day or towo for current orders shipping out
